Groove Addicts and Carlin join the Non-Stop Music Family

Warner/Chappell Music, the global music publishing arm of Warner Music Group Corp. (NYSE:  WMG), today announced its acquisition of Los Angeles-based Groove Addicts Production Music Library and London-based Carlin Recorded Music Library (CRML). Effective immediately, the acquisitions expand Warner/Chappell's global production music business and double its existing library of high-quality production music with more than 16 catalogs containing more than 74,000 cues/songs.

As part of the agreement, Groove Addicts Production Music Library and CRML and their respective catalogs will be exclusively marketed and licensed by Non-Stop Music, an Emmy award-winning production music company and a division of Warner/Chappell Music since 2007.

CRML strengthens Warner/Chappell's international production music library presence in genres such as Classic Cartoon Fun Drama; Detective Suspense; Dreamy Romantic Strings; Kitsch Pop Tijuana; Film Trailers; South American; World Marches; Modern Classical; Christian Contemporary; and China Fusion.

They also include one of the finest collections of classic American vintage compositions and recordings from 1912 to the present that have been restored, re-mastered and re-compiled.  This collection represents the history of early American television and encompasses music from early black and white films, Broadway, Cartoons, Comedy, Dance Band Era, Dramatic series, Hollywood Glamour, Newsreel, Sci-Fi and Westerns.
