Newest Member of the Non-Stop Music NY office

Nov 30, 2010

We are excited to introduce the newest member to the Non-Stop Music Team. Riyadh Drebika joins us as the Direct of Film and Television Music in our New York office. Riyadh has been a music engineer and music producer for over 10 years and brings a wealth of music library knowledge with him as well.  He as worked with all of the major advertising agencies across the United States and international agencies as well.

Riyadh will be working with our Television and Advertising clients on the east coast, so please give him a call or email him with any questions, music searches, or just to welcome him.

A description by Riyadh himself:

Born in the back seat of a Cadillac with a drum machine in one hand and an abacus in the other, Riyadh grew his bones strong on a steady diet of algebra, granular synthesis and Gang Starr.

After graduating from UCSD with degrees in Management Science and Music, Riyadh was drafted to the Los Angeles Universal Mastering Studios, and later traded to San Francisco's Asphodel Ltd.

Drebika later walked away from his promising professional intern career due to a debilitating injury to his bank account.  Luckily, his management, sound design, and engineering skills secured him a lucrative two-year stint as a free agent before signing with Singing Serpent.

Due to an unspecified "incident" involving a refrigerator and a Mini Moog, Riyadh was hastily transferred out of San Diego to Singing Serpent NYC where he developed the company's successful music library and licensing division, No No Yes Music.

Tim Arnold, Non-Stop Music's Vice President, commented, "We are happy to have Riyadh with our team, we have just removed the refrigerator to avoid any other "incidents."
